BUYERS FEES
By bidding you acknowledge your acceptance of the buyers commission. This will be 16% on top of your winning bids.
Example: $10 winning bid + 16% commission = $11.60 total owed
Example: $1.50 winning bid + 16% commission = $1.74 total owed
PAYMENT
Successful bidders are required to arrange payment within 48 hours of the auction closing. If payment has not been made or communication regarding payment has not been received via email then after the 48 hours the sale will be cancelled.
Payment options include Direct bank transfer or Credit card (VISA or Mastercard)
You will be provided an invoice at the end of each auction day and this will contain all payment information required.
COLLECTION AND COURIER OF ITEMS
Items won will be available for pick up from a designated pick up point in Mosgiel, Dunedin. Otherwise shipping can be provided nationwide. The organistation and cost of this is to be arranged with the seller via email.
Collection:
Goods can be picked up from a pick up point in Mosgiel, Dunedin 7 days a week. Pick up information will be provided to you when you make contact regarding collection. You will need to provide at least 24 hours notice of pick up via email.
Courier:
We offer a variety of options at a very competitive courier cost. We can send single items but can also combine multiple items in one parcel. Banana box is the largest size we can send (39W x 25H x 49L) and there is a 10Kg maximum weight limit. Items will be sent via tracked courier and you will receive a booking confirmation email with your tracking. Goods will be sent on confirmation of payment of both items and postage. GoingGoingGoneAuctions assures that any breakable goods being sent via courier will be packaged safely and securely. We do not accept liability for items once they have been packaged and taken by the courier. It is the buyers responsibility to contact the courier and resolve the matter if items are lost/damaged/stolen.
